Este relatório foi desenvolvido no âmbito do Mestrado de Direção e Gestão Hoteleira, na
Escola Superior de Turismo e Tecnologia do Mar, do Instituto Politécnico de Leiria, para
a unidade curricular Estágio, inserida no segundo ano de mestrado. O estágio teve como
objetivo, para além da conclusão do estágio, adquirir conhecimentos práticos e
experiência no mercado de trabalho.
O estágio curricular decorreu no hotel Sublime Comporta Country & SPA, localizado na
região da Comporta, no departamento de F&B do hotel, mais propriamente nos setores
de bar, Room Service e restaurante. Teve uma duração de 9 meses, tendo início em
setembro de 2021 e término em junho de 2022.
Neste trabalho encontra-se relatado todas as atividades profissionais desempenhadas
durante todo o percurso do estágio. Apesar do estágio não cumprir com as expectativas e
objetivos iniciais, foi possível ainda aplicar algumas das ferramentas adquiridas no
percurso académico e completar algumas das metas propostas.
Após a conclusão do estágio curricular, foi possível adquirir valiosas competências e
conhecimentos práticos que irão permitiram continuar a desempenhar as minhas funções
profissionais na empresa após a conclusão do estágio.
The current internship report was developed within the scope of the Master in Hotel Management and Direction, in the School of Tourism and Technology of the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, for the curricular unit Internship, included in the second year of the Master. The internship aimed, besides the completion of the internship, to acquire practical knowledge and experience in the labor market. The internship took place at the Sublime Comporta Country & SPA hotel, located in the Comporta region, in the hotel's F&B department, more specifically in the bar, room service and restaurant sectors. It lasted 9 months, starting in September 2021 and ending in June 2022. In the present work we report all the professional activities performed during the internship. Although the internship did not meet the initial expectations and objectives, it was still possible to apply some of the tools acquired during the academic course and complete some of the proposed goals. After completing the internship, it was possible to acquire valuable skills and practical knowledge that will allow me to continue to perform my professional duties in the company after the internship is over.
