O presente relatório, refere-se às atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio curricular durante o segundo ano do mestrado em Aquacultura da Escola Superior de Turismo e Tecnologia do Mar do Politécnico de Leiria. O estágio curricular foi desenvolvido em contexto empresarial, na entidade SEAentia-Food, Lda, nas instalações da empresa em Peniche, Portugal. Este relatório expõe o funcionamento de uma empresa que opera em Sistema de Recirculação de Aquacultura (RAS), as rotinas que são necessárias fazer e as atividades que foram sendo desenvolvidas ao longo dos meses de estágio.
O estágio realizado foi uma experiência enriquecedora que permitiu aprofundar os meus conhecimentos teóricos e ter a oportunidade de adquirir experiência prática, bem como desenvolver competências profissionais e pessoais.
This report refers to the activities developed during the curricular internship of the second year of the Masters in Aquaculture at the School of Tourism and Maritime Technology. The curricular internship was developed in a business context, at the entity SEAentia-Food, Lda, at the company's facilities in Peniche, Portugal. This report exposes the functioning of a company that operates a Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS), the routines that need to be done, and the activities that have been developed over the months of the internship. The internship was an enriching experience, which allowed me to deepen my theoretical knowledge and have the opportunity to acquire practical experience, as well as develop professional and personal skills.
