O presente relatório reflete as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio curricular realizado no departamento de contabilidade no edifício sede do Grupo Lusiaves, situado na Zona Industrial da Zicofa, em Leiria. O estágio curricular teve a duração de 1040 horas, e realizou-se entre 19 setembro de 2022 a 17 março de 2023, tendo como propósito a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Finanças Empresarias pela Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão do Politécnico de Leiria.
O relatório tem como objetivo descrever os 6 meses de estágio, onde irá ser apresentada a entidade acolhedora para a realização do estágio, a sua história, evolução e o seu processo empresarial. Também serão apresentadas as funções desempenhadas no departamento de contabilidade, bem como o impacto que o software SAP teve no Grupo e o seu processo de implementação.
A Contabilidade é importante para o saudável desenvolvimento do negócio, pois é a sua base e oferece um grande apoio à gestão do planeamento, controlo e processo de tomada de decisão. É necessário que os órgãos de gestão sejam conhecedores da atividade contabilística da entidade onde se inserem, não só porque é um enorme auxílio e apoio ao seu trabalho, como também espelha a situação da empresa e do seu património. Para isto, é necessário que a informação contabilística seja organizada de tal forma que qualquer pessoa possa ter acesso à mesma e consiga compreender a sua verdadeira função.
O Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) é um sistema de planeamento de recursos empresariais que centraliza e automatiza os processos de uma empresa, como as finanças, vendas, recursos humanos, stock, produção, entre outros, de forma a melhorar a eficiência, reduzir custo e facilitar a tomada de decisões. O principal ERP utilizado pelo Grupo é o SAP, um software de gestão de processos de negócios, que desenvolve soluções que facilitam o processamento eficaz de dados e o fluxo de informações entre as organizações. O SAP permitiu que os processos de todas as empresas do Grupo estivessem integradas num só software facilitando a sua gestão a comunicação.
This report reflects the activities carried out during the curricular internship in the accounting department at the Lusiaves Group headquarters, located in the Zicofa Industrial Zone in Leiria. The curricular internship lasted 1040 hours and took place between September 19, 2022 and March 17, 2023, with the aim of obtaining a Master's degree in Business Finance from the School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic of Leiria. The aim of the report is to describe the 6 months of the internship, where the host company for the internship, its history, evolution and business process will be presented. The functions performed in the accounting department will also be presented, as well as the impact that SAP software has had on the Group and its implementation process. Accounting is important for the healthy development of the business, as it is the basis of the business and provides great support for management planning, control and decision-making. Management bodies need to be aware of the accounting activity of the entity in which they work, not only because it is an enormous aid and support to their work, but also because it reflects the situation of the company and its assets. To do this, accounting information needs to be organized in such a way that anyone can access it and understand its true function.
