El proyecto "Cultivando Futuro - El kit para el camino a la soberanía alimentaria" tiene como
objetivo promover la autosuficiencia alimentaria a nivel local y nacional mediante la
implementación de prácticas sostenibles y ecológicas. La soberanía alimentaria defiende el
derecho de las comunidades a controlar su producción de alimentos, respetando la diversidad
cultural y natural. Este proyecto se articula en cuatro ejes fundamentales: producción,
distribución, consumo y educación. Cada uno de estos ejes está diseñado para fortalecer la
comunidad, fomentar la agricultura sostenible y reducir el impacto ambiental. El kit incluye
soluciones prácticas como un sistema de cultivo hidropónico, una app para la distribución y
comercialización de alimentos, un manual informativo sobre cómo dar los primeros pasos en la
producción y el cultivo en el hogar, y un juego de mesa educativo. Estas herramientas se
desarrollan bajo un enfoque de circularidad y sostenibilidad, utilizando materiales reciclados y
prácticas agroecológicas. El proyecto no solo busca minimizar el impacto ambiental de la
producción de alimentos, sino también crear sistemas alimentarios resilientes y circulares,
empoderando a las comunidades para lograr una verdadera soberanía alimentaria.

This project is structured around four fundamental pillars: production, distribution, consumption, and education. Each of these pillars is designed to strengthen the community, promote sustainable agriculture, and reduce environmental impact. The kit includes practical solutions such as a hydroponic cultivation system, an app for food distribution and commercialization, an informative manual on how to take the first steps in home production and cultivation, and an educational board game. These tools are developed with a focus on circularity and sustainability, using recycled materials and agroecological practices. The project not only seeks to minimize the environmental impact of food production but also to create resilient and circular food systems, empowering communities to achieve true food sovereignty.
