Abstract(s)

These types of ecommerce use several tools to execute transactions, among the most common the website, mobile applications, social networks and online travel agencies. Social networks are considered high-reach tools at the advertising, communicative and sales level, many of these do not have associated costs in the creation of profiles, but have relatively cheap costs when it comes to mass advertising and statistical analysis of information and results.
