O EcoRaiz – Glamping & Experiências Locais é um projeto turístico sustentável e inovador
que nasce da vontade pessoal e académica de criar um empreendimento turístico com alma,
profundamente enraizado na natureza e nas tradições culturais da região de Peniche. Este
trabalho final de mestrado assume-se como a concretização de um sonho, ao mesmo tempo
que responde às exigências do mercado turístico por experiências autênticas, sustentáveis e
enriquecedoras.
Localizado numa área natural privilegiada, o EcoRaiz propõe um modelo de alojamento em
glamping que combina conforto, sofisticação e respeito ambiental, promovendo a economia
circular e a valorização dos recursos locais. Para além do alojamento, oferece experiências
culturais imersivas — como workshops artesanais e atividades relacionadas com a
agricultura e a gastronomia — que envolvem diretamente a comunidade, contribuindo para
o desenvolvimento socioeconómico da região.
Este plano de negócios inclui uma análise detalhada do setor, estudo de mercado e definição
de estratégias de marketing e comunicação, com especial enfoque no marketing digital e nas
redes sociais, valorizando os princípios de sustentabilidade, autenticidade e bem-estar. O
EcoRaiz apresenta-se assim como uma resposta inovadora e diferenciadora à saturação do
turismo convencional, alinhando princípios éticos e estratégicos que potenciam a sua
viabilidade económica e a criação de valor local.
Mais do que um projeto académico, o EcoRaiz materializa um propósito: viajar com
significado, fortalecendo a ligação entre visitante, território e comunidade, promovendo um
turismo responsável que respeita e valoriza as raízes da cultura e da natureza.
EcoRaiz – Glamping & Local Experiences is an innovative and sustainable tourism project born from a personal and academic aspiration to create meaningful travel, deeply connected to nature and the cultural traditions of the Peniche region. The objective of this project is to develop a business plan for an eco-friendly glamping accommodation model complemented by immersive local experiences, promoting sustainability, circular economy principles, and community engagement, while addressing the growing demand for authentic and enriching tourism. Situated in a privileged natural setting, EcoRaiz combines comfort, sophistication, and environmental respect. Beyond accommodation, it offers artisanal workshops and activities linked to local agriculture and gastronomy, actively involving the community and contributing to the socio-economic development of the region. The conclusions indicate that EcoRaiz represents a viable and innovative alternative to conventional tourism, enhancing local value creation and promoting responsible tourism that respects cultural and natural heritage. The project demonstrates that authentic, sustainable tourism experiences can be successfully integrated with strategic marketing and digital communication. More than an academic exercise, EcoRaiz materializes a purpose: traveling with meaning, strengthening the connection between visitor, territory, and community.
