With the rapid growth of the global population, the current food supply chain is under increasing pressure to meet the demands of urban centers. Additionally, the aging workforce and the lack of professionals in the agriculture sector pose challenges for the future. To address these issues, smart agriculture solutions that use real-time data collection and decision making have emerged. Today, many solutions have been presented that use the Internet of Things(IoT), the Internet of Robotic Things (IoRT) and cloud robotics to solve these problems, in these solutions devices with robotic capabilities are used to automate and perform repetitive and laborious tasks in a more efficient way than humans. However, behind this solution, a platform needs to exist to allow users to control, monitor, and delegate tasks to devices that follow this methodology. This dissertation will focus on presenting a platform that will allow users to manage and monitor, and delegate tasks to heterogeneous devices in any time anywhere faction. For this purpose, the proposed platform will allow users to upload modules that can be deployed in devices and dynamically generate an interface to interact with said devices through the profile resource. Furthermore, a task-oriented methodology was adopted that focuses on ensuring that resources such as the one mentioned previously can be reused when new tasks arise for new devices. With a focus on smart agriculture, this platform can also be applied in other areas such as smart manufacturing, serving as a versatile and general purpose solution that automates and optimizes the resources required to manage a fleet of IoT and robotic devices. Importantly, this platform can effectively conceal the underlying technological complexity, allowing users with limited or no knowledge of IoT and robotic devices to efficiently delegate tasks to these devices.pt_PT
