Abstract(s)
O relatório apresentado refere-se a um estágio realizado no âmbito da conclusão do
Mestrado em Cibersegurança e Informática Forense da Escola Superior de Tecnologia
e Gestão do Instituto Politécnico de Leiria. O estágio foi realizado no Departamento
de Investigação Criminal de Leiria da Polícia Judiciária, durante um período de nove
meses, com o objetivo de proporcionar uma aplicação prática dos conhecimentos
teóricos adquiridos ao longo do curso. Além disso, visou contribuir para o combate
ao cibercrime, desenvolver competências profissionais e técnicas em cibersegurança
e informática forense e colaborar na concretização dos objetivos do DIC.
A metodologia adotada durante o estágio combinou observação, participação
ativa e aplicação prática de conhecimentos teóricos. O estágio envolveu a observação
detalhada das atividades diárias do departamento, a interação contínua com os
inspetores, a revisão constante das leis e regulamentos pertinentes e a participação
em tarefas reais relacionadas à investigação de crimes informáticos.
Durante o estágio, tive a oportunidade de participar em diversas investigações de
crimes informáticos, analisar evidências digitais e colaborar em diversos projetos.
Foi desenvolvido um programa para automatizar e simplificar o preenchimento
de documentos para denúncias e para detidos, com recurso ao cartão de cidadão,
contribuindo para a aceleração do funcionamento interno do DIC de Leiria.
Estas atividades proporcionaram uma compreensão prática e abrangente das
operações da Polícia Judiciária, permitindo a aplicação direta dos conhecimentos
adquiridos no curso. As experiências adquiridas foram enriquecedoras, contribuindo
significativamente para o desenvolvimento das minhas competências profissionais e
técnicas.
The report presented refers to an internship carried out as part of the completion of the Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity and Forensic Computing at the Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão of the Instituto Politécnico de Leiria. The internship was conducted at the Departamento de Investigação Criminal de Leiria of the Polícia Judiciária over a period of nine months, with the aim of providing practical application of the theoretical knowledge acquired throughout the course. Additionally, it aimed to contribute to the fight against cybercrime, develop professional and technical skills in cybersecurity and forensic computing, and collaborate in achieving the goals of the DIC. The methodology adopted during the internship combined observation, active participation, and practical application of theoretical knowledge. The internship involved detailed observation of the department’s daily activities, continuous interaction with the inspectors, constant review of relevant laws and regulations, and participation in real tasks related to the investigation of computer crimes. During the internship, I had the opportunity to participate in several investigations of computer crimes, analyze digital evidence, and collaborate on various projects. A program was developed to automate and simplify the completion of documents for complaints and detainees, using the citizen card, contributing to the acceleration of the internal operations of the DIC of Leiria. These activities provided a practical and comprehensive understanding of the operations of the Polícia Judiciária, allowing the direct application of the knowledge acquired in the course. The experiences gained were enriching, significantly contributing to the development of my professional and technical skills.
