O estágio curricular decorreu em contexto empresarial, nas instalações da SEAentia-Food, Lda, em Peniche, e num total de 1620 horas. Teve como objetivo aplicar os conhecimentos adquiridos durante o curso, bem como desenvolver novas competências técnicas e profissionais. O conteúdo deste relatório encontra-se estruturado em capítulos que abordam o enquadramento da aquacultura a nível mundial e nacional, a caracterização da empresa, as atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio, projetos de investigação associados e sugestões de melhoria. O estágio proporcionou uma experiência prática enriquecedora em RAS e projetos de investigação onde desempenhei tarefas que me permitiram adquirir novas competências técnicas. Esta experiência permitiu ainda aperfeiçoar a gestão de tempo, autonomia nas rotinas e reforçar competências transversais como comunicação, espírito crítico e resolução de problemas, fundamentais na atuação profissional no setor aquícola.This report was elaborated as part of the master’s degree in Aquaculture at the School of Tourism and Marine Technology, Polytechnic Institute of Leiria. The curricular internship took place in a business setting at the facilities of SEAentia-Food, Lda, in Peniche, with a total duration of 1620 hours. Its purpose was to apply the knowledge acquired throughout the course while also developing new technical and professional skills. The content of this report is divided into chapters that address the global and national aquaculture framework, the characterisation of the company, the activities carried out during the internship, associated research projects, and suggestions for improvement. The internship provided an enriching practical experience in RAS and research projects where I performed tasks that allowed me to acquire new technical skills.
