Este estágio foi realizado na Câmara Municipal de Leiria, no âmbito da Divisão do Desenvolvimento Social e da Saúde e teve subjacente a definição de dez objetivos gerais que guiaram o percurso da mestranda, sendo estes: Integrar a instituição de acolhimento de estágio; Colaborar em projeto com vista à integração da comunidade cigana- Mediar para Incluir; Realizar acompanhamentos e monitorização; Colaborar no processo de integração de agregados deslocados da Ucrânia para a Casa de São Romão; Organizar espaços da DIDSS; Participar em cerimónias oficiais e protocolares; Colaborar em atividades de promoção do envelhecimento ativo; Colaborar em atividades na área da integração da pessoa com deficiência; Criar bases de dados de habitações para arrendamento e, por ultimo, coordenar um projeto de investigação científica no domínio da Mediação Social Comunitária na Educação para a Saúde- Estudo LiSa. Nesse sentido, a fim de fundamentar os dez objetivos mencionados, foi conduzida uma análise teórica abrangendo as principais noções e conceitos que permeiam todo o período de estágio, as quais são abordadas de forma detalhada no primeiro capítulo do documento em questão. Em seguida, no segundo capítulo, é apresentada uma descrição da instituição onde decorreu o estágio, contendo informações relevantes sobre o seu contexto e funcionamento. No terceiro capítulo é representado o Projeto de Estágio, bem como as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio na CML. O quarto capítulo diz respeito à Avaliação, respetivamente, à autoavaliação e heteroavaliação. Por fim, no quinto capítulo estão realizadas as Considerações Finais no que diz respeito ao Estágio bem como à intervenção no terreno e à componente teórica académica, que refletem as práticas do profissional da mediação intercultural e intervenção social.This report represents the culmination of the Curricular Internship within the scope of the master's degree in Intercultural Mediation and Social Intervention at the School of Education and Social Sciences of the Polytechnic of Leiria. This internship was carried out at Leiria City Council, within the scope of the Social Development and Health Division, and was based on the definition of ten general objectives that guided the course of the master's student: Integrate the internship host institution; Collaborate in a project aimed at integrating the gypsy community - Mediate to Include; Carry out follow-ups and monitoring; Collaborate in the process of integrating households relocated from Ukraine to Casa de São Romão; Organize DIDSS spaces; Participate in official and protocol ceremonies; Collaborating in activities to promote active ageing; Collaborating in activities to integrate people with disabilities; Creating rental housing databases and, finally, coordinating a scientific research project in the field of Community Social Mediation in Health Education - LiSa Study. In this sense, in order to support the ten objectives mentioned, a theoretical analysis was carried out covering the main notions and concepts that permeate the entire internship period, which are covered in detail in the first chapter of the document in question. Then, in the second chapter, a description is given of the institution where the internship took place, providing relevant information about its context and operation. The third chapter presents the Internship Project, as well as the activities carried out during the internship at CML. The fourth chapter deals with evaluation, respectively self-assessment and hetero assessment.
